The sentence declares the chapel vacant for the Crown, for lack of descendants of the institutor condemning the defendants as illegitimate administrators, since they are ecclesiastical and cannot administer lay assets. Orders the delivery of the administration to the plaintiff, only during his life, in the form of the denunciation warrant of administration that he had.
