Acórdão (transcription) by the Desembargo confirming that the properties referred to in the previous sentence were indeed an entail and absolving the defendant, António Perestrelo, who is judged the rightful successor of Brásia Nunes' entail, since she hadn't expressly excluded natural children from the succession. The clause referring the illegitimate exclusion only concerns the ancestors and descendants and not the collateral relatives.

Nota ao elemento "Date(s)" - Estes documento está erradamente datado de 1667, sendo a sua data correta, muito provavelmente, 1607. Não só o acórdão final deste conflito ( VINC007947 BN EA/002c) data de 1612, como no texto de Manuel Álvares Pegas são referidas outras sentenças de 1607 e 1609. É ainda referido nesta sentença que as obrigações deste vínculo eram pagas havia cerca de 40 anos. Dado que ele foi instituído em 1568, a data de 1607 é a mais provável.
