Agreement deed between Afonso Mexia, Fidalgo da Casa do Rei and Escrivão da Fazenda do Rei, and the friars of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, by which the former gives them 4 marcos de prata to buy the area of their church where he would erect a chapel. He commits himself to donate 15 000 réis each year to that convent with the purpose of supporting the celebration of annual masses for his soul. In exchange, the friars should fulfil those pious obligations and maintain the chapel clean. Afonso Mexia also declares that only himself and his descendants are allowed to have their remains buried inside his chapel.
