Scope and content
Annexation deed by which Fernando Aires de Almeida, cavaleiro professo da Ordem de Cristo and administrator of the chapel established by his uncle and aunt, Simão Correia Lomelino and Guiomar Cabea da Silva, in the main church of Oeiras, annexes to this chapel half of the houses he inherited from his father, Manuel Aires de Almeida. He makes this annexation with the obligation that the future administrators shall order six annual masses, besides the ones already established by the institutors: three for the soul of his mother, D. Jerónima de Almada, in the chapel of Oeiras, the other three for the soul of Manuel Aires de Almeida, in the chapel of S. João Baptista of the convent of Nossa Senhora de Jesus of Lisboa, where he is buried.
Contains a certificate of a will (extract) in which Manuel Aires de Almeida designated his son as his universal heir, and a termo unrelated to the chapel.
