Bond signed between the priests of the church of Nossa Senhora do Loreto and Lucas Geraldes/Luca Giraldi, Fidalgo da Casa do Rei. The latter promised to spend 3 000 cruzados in the construction and adornment of their church and, in exchange, the priests would give him the main chapel to serve as a burial place for his body and for his successors' remains. Lucas Geraldes committed himself to buy a public debt instrument of 12 000 réis, which would be entailed to the chapel and support the celebration of a daily perpetual mass. The priests accepted the terms of the deed. Contains copy of a declaration issued on 1551-03-13.
