Certificate by which it was declared that Afonso Eanes and his wife Isabel Eanes made a last will dated 1471-12-11, with the obligation to celebrate masses in the Church of São Tomé, in Lisboa. In 1495, Isabel Eanes was married to Pedro Botelho and they established that it should be celebrated some masses in the same church. Lopo Botelho and his wife Maria da Silva were the administrators of this chapel.
