Certified record of the entail instituted by Violante Fernandes, in the presence of Martinho Esteves, administrator. This certification was required by Simão Antunes, abade of the church of Santa Maria de Rendufinho, fulfiling the order of Manuel Antunes de Oliveira, canon in Braga and 'Visitador', who commanded that the estates and pious obligations of the entail instituted by Violante Fernandes should be recorded in the Chapel's book of Braga. Simão Antunes was also charged of making a land measurement deed of the entailed estates.
