Chapel foundation deed by Beatriz Gouveia, Doutor Álvaro Vaz's widow, through which she establishes an entail with her farmstead (quinta) of Malvasia, in Sacavém, instituting the pious obligation of celebrating masses in the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Humildade, in the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. She appoints her son, Pedro Álvares de Gouveia, as the entail's first administrator, after whose death it would pass to his offspring. She chooses to be buried in that same chapel, where all her descendants should be interred. This document is already described in this entail archive, in VINC000897 BG EA/002.
