Citation letter issued by doutor Simão Monteiro Preto, vigário-geral of the diocese of Coimbra, following a petition presented by the prior and beneficiados of the church of Santiago of Coimbra, plaintiffs, against Lourenço de Sá, defendant, administrator of chapel of São Martinho, located in the church of Santiago, since the defendant had not presented any attorney to represent him in the process. The judge summons the defendant, under penalty of excommunication, to appear in court or to appoint a prosecutor who can legally represent him.
