Codicil by which António Fernandes de Elvas declares that he and his deceased wife wrote a will by which they established an entail for their eldest sons, Jorge Fernandes de Elvas and Diogo Fernandes de Elvas, which should be first administered by the former, and which consisted of houses in Lisboa and Elvas. He makes some changes to the donations made to his sons, lists his debts and declares that he has already given a public debt instrument and a lease to the priests of the monastery of Santíssima Trindade for the obligations of the chapel of Santo António, where he wishes to be buried.
Contains extract of the will by which António Fernandes de Elvas declares that all the writings signed by him after his will should be considered valid.
