Codicil (extract) by which Joana Dinis appoints Catarina Bernardes, widow of Francisco Lobato, as her universal heir in place of her deceased husband, with the condition that, after her death, the properties she entailed in her will will be divided between Catarina's two daughters: the casal de Mira to Mariana, and the quinta de Alvalade to Joana, with an obligation of 6 000 reis of masses each in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa.
