Entail foundation deed in which D. Duarte instituted an entail with property of doutor Martinho do Sem and property attached by Gil do Sem and Branca Eanes, his parents, to the chapel they had established in Santarém. Bearing in mind the will of doutor Martinho do Sem to entail assets to the chapel that Gil do Sem and Branca Eanes, his parents, had in Santarém, so that the suffrages would cover his soul, and that his executors had not fully complied with. The monarch orders the reform of the chapel and that the assets that had resulted from the division made between D. Maria da Cunha and Aires Afonso Valente, be annexed to the chapel, joining what the chapel already had, and making it an entail and appointing João do Sem, nephew of Martinho do Sem, as its first administrator.
