Nota ao elemento "Date(s)" - A carta de confirmação está datada de 1436-03-05. Porém, não pode ser anterior à carta de instituição do morgado, datada de 1436-12-06. Além disso, os documentos registados imediatamente antes e depois, na chancelaria, são de 1437. Por esses motivos, corrigimos o ano.
Nota ao elemento "Creator/ accumulator" - Não é indicado de forma inequívoca que Garcia Rodrigues de Sequeira é administrador do morgado. No entanto, optámos por identificá-lo como tal, porque foi ele quem pediu a confirmação da instituição. Além disso, era pai de Rui Fernandes de Sequeira, nomeado pelo instituidor como seu sucessor, caso não viesse a ter filhos.
