Contract and bond deed by which D. Filipa de Sá, wife of D. Fernando de Noronha, conde de Linhares, and daughter and universal heir of her father, Mem de Sá, do Conselho do Rei and former governor of Brasil, receives from the priests of the convent of Santíssima Trindade the chapel of Todos os Santos e das Almas do Purgatório, to serve as her family's burial place. Her father had ordered in his will that the heir of his entail should establish a chapel in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, or in another convent. However, after making diligences with the franciscan priests, D. Filipa couldn't obtain a chapel for lack of free places in that convent. Thus she changed the chapel's location. She promises to give 30 000 réis of interest to the priests, who promise to pray a daily mass for their souls
