Contract and bond deed made between D. Manuel de Ataíde, his minor son D. João de Ataíde e Sousa, his minor daughter Ângela de Vilhena, and Francisco Correia, his wife Ana da Silva, and their minor sons António Correia and Maria da Silva, whose purpouse was to include all minors sons and daughters of Manuel de Ataíde and Francisco Correia on the effects of a previous composition deed, making them sign and promise under oath that they and their descendants agreed with the conditions established, swearing to never change or appeal for their change, regardless of the Ordenações do Reino, book 3, title 83, and regardless of the death of any of the parts involved.
