Court sentence confirming the content of a papal bull presented by Diogo de Palma. It allows the administrators of Fernando Velho's chapel to keep the revenues of the entail's assets which are not destined to fulfil the pious obligations, to lease the entailed properties and it frees them of presenting the chapel's account of administration. It is mentioned that Diogo de Palma had entailed two properties in Estremoz and Sousel to the chapel. Contains a copy of the papal bull.
