Court sentence judging a lawsuit brought by D. José Luís de Lencastre, Conde de Figueiró, against the Condessa de Figueiró, regarding the attachment of the third part of Manuel de Vasconcelos' assets to the entail he administrated ("morgado do Esporão"). The defendant, who had died before the conclusion of the case and was represented by the Marquesa de Castelo Melhor, was condemned to pay 11 031 270 réis to the plaintiff, who had to employ them in the acquisition of assets to attach to the mentioned entail.
