Donation deed to Álvaro de Brito and his wife, Leonor de Moura, niece of Isabel de Moura, of a half of the institutor's estate. Isabel de Moura bequeathed all her estate to her chapel, founded in the monastery of S. Francisco of Lisboa, without the king's licence. The king made a new estate partition, donating 12000 reais brancos to the monastery and distributing the remaining estate by other expenditures and pious works, including the donation to Álvaro de Brito and Leonor de Moura, who had some financial needs.
