Scope and content
Donation deed by which Bartolomeu Dantas and Branca Correia, his wife, donated two rents (foros) taken from houses on the outskirts of Ponte de Lima to the chapel of S. Bartolomeu, which they would erect in the courtyard of their farmstead ("quinta da Freiria"). Its revenues would support the celebration of masses in that chapel. The future administrators of Beatriz Dantas' entail would be responsible, from then on, for its construction and maintenance. Followed by a letter of possession issued on 1602-12-19.
