Scope and content
Dowry deed by which Mécia Fernandes, Jerónimo Carneiro's widow, donated 3 houses in Belém to her brother, Marçal Dias, who was about to marry to Maria de Lemos, obligating him and his successors to celebrate 2 annual masses for her soul in an unidentified church. Those houses would only be delivered to him after his sister's death. If he died before her, they would be inherited by one of his legitimate children. Bárbara Ribeiro, Mécia's sister, gave all her patrimony to her brother. Marçal Dias approved this deed.
