Dowry deed by which Afonso Gomes and his wife, Maria das Neves, appoint Manuel Gomes, Afonso's son and Maria's stepson, as their universal heir. They bequeath him their properties with the condition that he establishes a chapel of 60 masses, 30 for each one of them, in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, where they shall be buried. Manuel Gomes is present and accepts this appointment.
