Declaration deed by which Diogo Rodrigues de Lisboa and his wife, Jerónima Lopes, confirm the institution of the entail they established in 1586, and make certain changes to the properties entailed: they take from the entail the quinta do Pinheiro, in Alverca, and entail in its place 100 000 reis of interest in the almoxarifado of Badajoz. They also annex to the entail the other 700 000 reis of interest and privileges they have from the same almoxarifado, a property in Évora named herdade das Cabeças Ruivas, some lands in Évora and an olive grove in Zambujal. They establish that the 400 000 reis of interest entailed in the previous institution deed shall be employed in the Casa da Imposição dos Vinhos, and in an almoxarifado in Setúbal, and that what remains of them shall be used to acquire more assets. Leonor Jerónima, their heir, is present at the writing of the institution and accepts it on the same day, as she is over 25 years old.
