A verba do testamento foi registada no Tombo da Capela a partir de uma cópia feita em julho de 1469 pelo escrivão Fernando Álvares, onde se refere, claramente, que há partes do testamento não trasladadas. No fim do registo do Tombo há a indicação de que a capela foi instituída em 1432, porém, essa data não é referida no traslado.
