Isabel de Melo on behalf of her son António de Sousa appointing him to the administration of the chapel founded by Gonçalo Rodrigues and his wife Leonor Afonso in the village of Juromenha. The above D. Isabel de Melo asked this letter so that her son could suceed to their late husband and father João Camelo Pereira, former administrator. António de Melo who received a denunciation warrant of administration can present a lawsuit to receive the chapel's administration.
