Court sentence issued by the licenciado Diogo de Almeida, protonotário apostólico and vigário-geral of the diocese of Coimbra, judging a civil process between Ana da Cruz, appellant, against the licenciado João Henriques, appellee, concerning the charges of the chapel instituted by João Fernandes Bolho. The sentence determines that the appellant was not obliged to pay the charges, as she had previously contracted with priest João Fernandes Girão and Manuel Girão, her brothers, in this regard.

Libel of accusation presented by the prioresas and madres of the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Tentúgal against Cecília Girão, reporting that Ana da Cruz, a professed nun in that convent, was the legitimate administrator of the chapel instituted by João Fernandes Bolho and Ana Fernandes, his wife.

Will chart

Will chart of João Fernandes Bolho and Ana Fernandes, his wife, ordering their grave in the church of Nossa Senhora de Mourão. They entail the third of assets, with charges, appointing Manuel Fernandes, their son, as administrator. If he died without descendants, Maria, their granddaughter, daughter of Henrique Girão, should be left, and if he died, Ana, also daughter of Henrique Girão.
This is followed by an approval deed (dated 1575-05-15), a codicil (dated 1575-06-05), and an approval deed (dated 1575-06-05).
