Will made by Manuel de Oeiras, in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail, with a perpetual obligation of 3 sung masses and 15 masses celebrated in the church of Vera Cruz, in Vila da Praia, Terceira island. He named his brother João de Oeiras and Catarina Vaz as first administrators of the entail, and his nephew Baltasar de Oeiras after them, succeeding a person of his family lineage that would be chosen by Baltasar. He derogated his share on a will he made with his deceased wife, Ana Luísa, but he appointed João de Oeiras to administrate the entail founded by her.
