Will made by Simão Rodrigues and Leonor Gil in which they took over their own reserved portions and ordered the foundation of an entail composed of several properties in Vila da Praia, Terceira island, naming each other as administrators after the death of the first of them who died, and their children after them, being administrated by one appointed male heir after them. All administrators had the obligation of celebrating a trinitary of Santo Amador every year as long as the world lasted.

Will chart made by Leonor Gil. Through which she revokes and changes some of the dispositions of the will she had made with her husband. Now, she adds more properties to the entail, establishes a perpetual mass obligation of 12 masses celebrated annually and appoints only their son António Rodrigues as administrator of the entail, with the condition that he appoints his son to succeed him on the administration. All the other administrators should also be chosen by appointment and give alms to the Confraria do Santísismo Sacramento of Angra.
