Will made by Sebastião Pinto and Maria da Costa in which they ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail, composed of an estate named Quinta do Revirado, in Terceira island, with a perpetual obligation of 24 masses celebrated every year, 12 for each of them. They named their four children to administrate it for two years each, starting in this order, first Maria da Costa and then Francisco, Manuel and Domingos. By the time of their deaths, each of them could appoint one of their own children to succeed them.
