Will chart made by Iria Cota da Malha in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail and the construction of a chapel devoted to S. Francisco in the convent of S. Francisco, in Angra, with a perpetual mass obligation of three masses celebrated in every year. She, her husband, and all their successors should be buried on this chapel. She appointed her nephew Constantino Machado as first administrator with the condition that he should appoint one of his children to succeed him, continuing the administration by appointment.
