Declaration deed of João Rodrigues de Elvas and Isabel Gomes, his wife, adding some assets and public debt instruments to the entails of their sons, Luís Rodrigues and Belchior Gomes. They also declare that the pensions bequeathed to their grandson Fernando will only be handed after the death of both institutors and that Fernando and his descendants will succeed in the entails of their sons if their succession is extinguished, with some pious obligations.

They found five entails: four for each of their sons, Belchior Gomes, António Gomes, Francisco Rodrigues and Luís Rodrigues, with public debt instruments, properties in Lisboa, Alenquer and Caspolima, and another for their grandson, Fernando, with a public debt instrument in Estremoz, and designate each of them as successor of each entail. They appoint António Gomes and Francisco Rodrigues as their executors.
