Entail and chapel foundation deed by Lopo Rebelo, cavaleiro and "comendador" of the Order of Christ and citizen of Porto. The founder decided to establish a chapel "à maneira de morgado", incorporating in particular his farmstead of Caldas, located in Aregos. The owner of the entail would be his first-born son, and the succession would pass through the male line of the institutor's descendants. The chapel where the founder would be buried and where perpetual masses would be celebrated would be located in the São Domingos do Porto Monastery. An inventory of the entail's estates was to be made.
