Codicil made by Constança Afonso, widow of Diogo Vaz Cavaleiro in which she revoked and changed some clauses of her will chart. Firstly she revoked the clause regarding the first entail she founded, on behalf of her nephew Afonso Eanes. Secondly, she ordered that the second entail, founded on behalf of her daughter Isabel Dias, should have a perpetual mass obligation of an yearly mass celebrated on All Soul's Day.
