Chapel foundation deed by Henrique de Lemos, entailing all his properties to fulfill the charges, celebrated in the Cathedral of Viseu, where he wants to be buried. He appoints António de Lemos, his son, as first administrator. His eldest son should succeed him.

Tombo of the assets of the chapel instituted by Henrique de Lemos, made by Brás Ferreira de Lemos, tabelião in Viseu, under the authority of Doutor Francisco Dantas Pereira, juiz de fora of Viseu.
