Belchior Afonso, Martinho's son-in-law, appeared before the clerk of the Juízo dos Resíduos, presented the documents and declared the obligations. The entail was granted to Martinho's daughter, Eulália Manuel, and her descendants. It consisted of lands located in Santa Maria, with the obligation to celebrate perpetual masses in that church.
