Chapel foundation deed by which Francisco de Gouveia and Bertolesa da Veiga, his wife, established the chapel of Chagas, in the church of Nossa Senhora de Fonte Arcada. They entail assets to the chapel, taken of third part of they assets, to fulfill the charges. They appoint António de Gouveia, their eldest son, administrator. In case of extinction of the lineage, the municipality of Fonte Arcada should elect an administrator.

Composition deed due to the dowry that Francisco de Gouveia and Bertolesa da Veiga, his wife, had given to António de Gouveia, their son, and Maria Correia, his wife, which included assets previously entailed to the chapel they had established. António de Gouveia and Maria Correia accept the charges arising from the entailed assets.
