Will chart made by João Gonçalves and his wife Branca Gomes in which they ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail in Ponta da Garça, Vila Franca do Campo, with a perpetual mass obligation of a weekly mass. They named the priest Jerónimo Perdigão as first administrator of the entail, and their son João Gonçalves after him. After the death of João the succession should always continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir. If he had no heirs, the administration should be given to Madalena Álvares, daughter of João Gonçalves or the closest living relative. They excluded their son-in-law Belchior Gonçalves of the administration.
