Will made by Domingos Martins in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual mass obligation of five masses celebrated every year on the chapel of N. Sra. da Flor da Rosa, in Alegrete, where his body should be buried or, alternatively, on the chapel of the Misericórdia if there was no more space to be buried in N. Sra. da Flor da Rosa chapel. He named his cousin Inês Fernandes as first administrator of the entail and her children after her. If she had no children, then the administration should be handled to his brother also named Domingos Martins and his descendants after him. The administrator should give two alqueires of oil every year to the confraria of Santíssimo Sacramento in order to make a lamp always lit.
