Bond by which António Rebelo, acting as administrator of João Fernandes' chapel, declared to the Juízo dos Resíduos of Braga that all the estates he bought were acquired with João Fernandes' money, and that they were all entailed to his chapel in order to fulfill all the pious obligations instituted by the founder.

Chapel foundation deed by António Rebelo in the church of Santiago de Anha, fulfilling his uncle's will, and outilining the entail's rules. Since Manuel de Miranda, the following successor named by the institutor, had died, António Rebelo appointed as his successor Margarida Gonçalves. After her death, the administrator should be the closest kin of João Fernandes, following the established hierarchies of succession.

Will

Will of João Fernandes instituting a chapel in the church of Santiago de Anha, where he should also be buried. All his estates should be entailed to the chapel, as all his money should also be used to acquire properties to be entailed. The first administrator should be his nephew António Rebelo, who should be succeeded by another of the institutor's nephews, Manuel de Miranda, and his offspring. Along the offspring networks, preference in succession should be granted to clerics.
