Provedoria record of the chapel instituted by Catarina Fernandes, in the presence of her nephew and administrator Nuno Cancela, who presented the documents to be registered. It is mentioned that houses on Rua da Guarda, Elvas, and an olive grove in Vale de Cadelas were entailed to the chapel.

After his death, Nuno Cancela, her nephew, would administrate it. He and his descendants were obligated to support the celebration of annual masses in the church of Salvador.
