Will by which D. Vicência de Melo e Lacerda, wife of Manuel de Moura Estaço, established a chapel, entailing to it the third part of her assets, which included a farmstead (quinta) in Ribeira de Arronches, Alegrete. She designated her son, José de Melo, to administrate it, obligating him and his descendants to support the celebration of 2 masses every year for her soul, each Christmas Eve and Easter. She determined that her body had to be buried in the chapel of S. Miguel.
