Inês de Bettencourt, as his heir, instructing her to order the celebration of three annual masses, in the church of Nossa Senhora da Estrela, in Calheta, in Madeira Island. After the death of D. Inês de Bettencourt, will succeed Gonçalo Rodrigues Mondragão, the testator's brother-in-law. Ambrósio de Brito also instructs D. Inês de Bettencourt to order the celebration of the masses of Ana Murante, his first wife, who bequeathed him all her properties with that pious obligation. After the death of D. Inês de Bettencourt, the properties of Ambrósio de Brito and Ana Murante will be bequeathed to António de Brito, his illegitimate son, if it is possible.
