Codicil made by Inês Fernandes, in which she ordered the foundation of an entail, composed of a vineyard in the outskirts of Arronches, with a perpetual mass obligation of seven masses celebrated every year. She named her husband Bartolomeu Sanches as first administrator of the entail and after his death, he would be succeeded by their son André Fernandes, and from there on the succession should always continue on the eldest male heir, and if he had none, their eldest grandson, son of André's sisters.
