Foundation deed (extract)

Extract of a foundation deed of an entail by Simão Toscano, entailing all his properties in Vila Chã, Larim, Prado, Entre Homem e Cavado, Braga, Barcelos and Esposende. The head of the entail should be the estate of Soz, where the administrator should live at least for three months a year. The entail also had the obligation of a monthly mass in a chapel to be built in that estate, or in the chapel of Santa Luzia in Braga's cathedral.
