Approval deed of the codicil made by Inês Gaspar in which she confirmed the foundation of the entail, but changed some dispositions of her will.

Codicil made by Inês Gaspar in which she confirmed the foundation of the entail that she ordered on her will, but changed some dispositions. Firstly she increased the perpetual mass obligation from five to ten masses celebrated every year. Secondly, she disposed that if the bloodline of her nephew Gaspar Gil became extinguished or if he did not wanted to administrate the entail, then the administration would be handled to the Misericórdia. She freed an enslaved woman with the condition that she would one mass every year for the institutor's soul as long as she lived.

Declaration deed made by Inês Gaspar in which she disposed that after the death of her nephew Gaspar Gil, the succession of this entail would always continue, preferably, on the eldest heir.

Will

Will made by Inês Gaspar in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail, composed of some lands in Alter do Chão's outskirts, with a perpetual obligation of five masses celebrated every year. She named her cousin Gaspar Gil as first administrator and his of wife after his death, and from there on the succession should continue on his descendants. The administrators were obliged to give half alqueire of oil to the brotherhoods of Santíssimo Sacramento, Misericórdia and Espírito Santo in every year to lit their lamps.
