Dispatch issued by the Provedor das Capelas of Portalegre, declining the petition made by Sebastião Rodrigues Bravo, administrator of the chapel founded by Violante Pereira, in which the petitioner asked to distribute 20 alqueires of wheat among the poor people of Veiros, where he lived, instead of distributing them in Monforte, as disposed by the institutor on her will. Instead, the Provedor disposed that the administrator should be obliged to distribute 10 alqueires of wheat among the poor people of Monforte, and the other 10 alqueires wherever the poor relatives of the institutor lived.

She named her brother Álvaro Pais as first administrator during his lifetime and her sister-in-law Maria Solteira after his death, with the condition that she would appoint a close relative to succeed her with the same conditions. The institutor disposed that the administrators would be obliged to distribute 20 alqueires of wheat as alms to the poor people of Monforte, on the day of The Ascencion of the Lord.
