Deed of donation from Father Gonçalo de Barros, parish priest of Santa Eulália de Godinhaços. Gonçalo states that in 1630 he built a hermitage dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Conceição, in which he also placed two images of the Virgin. He outlined the properties that belonged to the chapel, which he had inherited from Briolanja Gonçalves. The chapel had the obligation of two annual masses, celebrated in December. The closest relative was to succeed and take over the administration. The deed of foundation was to be recorded in the "Registo Geral" of the Archdiocese of Braga.
