Court sentence

Court sentence by which the judge of Resíduos of Braga solved a conflict regarding the use of Violante Fernandes' entail revenues, since the administrators were accused of not disposing of half of the revenues to pay for the pious obligations. Since there were some doubts concerning some of the estates, the judge excluded them from the entail, and their revenues should not be considered in the counting and spliting of the entail's revenues.
