The first entail would be composed of houses and lands in Marvão, over which the institutors imposed a perpetual obligation of three masses celebrated every year, and to administrate it they named their nephew Brás Afonso during his lifetime, and, after his death, the succession should always continue on his eldest heir. The second entail would be composed of an estate named Quinta da Ramilla, over which the institutors imposed a perpetual obligation of three masses celebrated every year, and to administrate it they named their nephew Manuel Brás during his lifetime, and, after his death, the succession should always continue on his eldest heir. The third entail would be composed of a land in a place named Raminha, over which the institutors imposed a perpetual obligation of three masses celebrated every year, and to administrate it they named their nephew Pedro Esteves during his lifetime, and, after his death, the administration would be handled to his son Estêvão, and from there on, the succession should always continue on his eldest heir. The fourth entail would be composed of vineyard in Marvão's outskirts, over which the institutors imposed a perpetual obligation of three one celebrated every year, and to administrate it they named their niece Leonor, daughter of Pedro Esteves, during her lifetime, and, after her death, the succession should always continue on his eldest heir.
