Will

Will of padre Cristóvão Fernandes Carrola, ordering his grave in the church of Santa Maria do Bispo, in Montemor-o-Novo. He institutes a chapel, with all its income, paid in grain, to fulfill mass in that church. He appoints Joana Valente, his niece, daughter of António Fernandes Carrola, his brother, first administrator of the chapel. Her eldest son was to succeed her. If there were no relatives who could administered it, it would be transferred to the Confraria dos Clérigos of Montemor-o-Novo.
