Will made by Lucas Fernandes and his wife Joana Dias, in which they order their burial in the church of Espírito Santo of Portalegre and the foundation of two entails. The first entail would be composed of a share of an estate in Ribeira da Seda, entailed to an obligation of twelve annual masses. They name as administrators Andreza Dias, sister of Lucas Fernandes, and her husband, João Gonçalves, who would be succeded by their daughter and by Francisco Dourado and their descendants. The second entail would be composed of a land, vineyard and orchard in Carvalhal, entailed to an obligation of twelve annual masses. They name Catarina Martins, sister of Joana Dias, as first administrator, and after her death, she would be succeeded by Ana de Miranda who would appoint one of her children to succeed her with the same conditions.
